Pricing Information:
The price includes the design fee, so you don’t need to worry about additional costs for bringing your design to life! However, if you wish to add more design elements, each additional element will cost $5, and payments can be made via ApplePay or Zelle.
Please provide 2 photos (JPEG/JPG or PNG) for design purposes. The higher the quality of the photos, the better the final design will look!
Additional Fees:
- Extra design elements or photos or names: $5 each
- Changes after the initial mockup: $10 per additional edit
- Photo swaps from the original submission: $5 per photo
All additional fees must be paid prior to completing the order process.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, a $20 fee will be applied within 24 hours of submitting the design. You will receive a refund for the difference.
Mockup Review:
Once a mockup is sent, you’ll have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we may proceed to production and charge a reprint fee for changes requested after this period.
Processing Time:
Orders typically take 5 to 7 business days for processing. Due to high demand, please provide a Need-by date to ensure your order is processed in time for your specific requirements.
