At Amor Designz, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds on any orders.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photos of the damage or defect. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Accuracy:
Since all items are custom-made based on your design choices, please double-check your order before confirming it. We cannot accept returns or make changes once an order is placed.
