1. What products do you offer at Amor Designz?
We offer a wide range of custom products, including t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, jackets, vests, and more. We specialize in personalizing these items to fit your unique style or brand.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. For custom or pre-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
4. How can I add a custom liner to my jacket or vest?
To add a custom liner to your jacket or vest, you must select the "Custom Liner" product and add it to your cart at the time of purchase. This will ensure the liner is added to your order.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, as we may have already begun processing your custom items.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with clear photos of the damage. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is issued. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

11. Can I make changes to my custom design after I've placed the order?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the custom design. Please ensure all design details are correct before placing your order.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
