Design Details:

• Each stole includes 1 logo, the graduate’s name, class year, and 2 photos.
• Photo Quality: Please provide 2 high-resolution photos (jpeg/jpg or png) to ensure the best quality design. Higher-quality images lead to a sharper and clearer print.

Important Information:

• Cancellation Fee: $20 within 48 hours of submitting your design. You will receive a refund for the difference.
• Mockup Process: Once a mockup is sent, you are allowed 2 edits—one to change from the first mockup and one additional change. Additional edits will incur a $10 fee.
• Approval and Error Policy: Please ensure all information is correct. The mockup process is for you to review the details (graduate name, school name, logo, etc.). Products will print exactly as seen in the mockup. If you approve your product and notice an error upon receiving it, we will reprint it at 50% of the original cost plus shipping.
• Photo Change Fee: If you decide to change photos from the original ones submitted, a $5 fee will be charged per photo swap.
• Approval Timeframe: Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production, and a $10 reprint fee will apply.
