Design Details:

• Custom Personalization: Each cap includes 1 logo, the graduate’s name, class year, and up to 2 high-quality photos.
• Photo Quality: To ensure the best design, please provide up to 2 high-resolution photos (JPEG/JPG or PNG format). The higher the image quality, the sharper and clearer your custom cap will look!

Add Extra Personalization: Want to make your cap even more unique? For just $5 per additional design element, you can add:

• Extra photos
• Additional logos

Important Information:

• Cancellation Fee: $20 within 24 hours of submitting your design. You’ll receive a refund for the difference.
• Mockup Process: After receiving your mockup, you are allowed 2 rounds of edits (one after the first draft and one additional change). Further edits will incur a $10 fee.
• Approval & Error Policy: Carefully review your mockup before approval. If you approve it and later notice an error, we’ll reprint your cap at 50% of the original cost, plus shipping.
• Photo Change Fee: If you decide to change photos after submission, a $5 fee will apply per photo swap.
• Approval Timeframe: Once you receive your mockup, please approve or request changes within 24 hours. If we don’t hear from you, your cap may proceed to production, and a $10 reprint fee will apply.
