🚫 Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? A $20 cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours of submitting your design. You’ll receive a refund for the remaining balance.

🖼️ Mockup Review

Once your mockup is sent, you’ll have 12 hours to approve or request changes.
If we don’t hear back, your order may move to production automatically.
Any changes after that will require a reprint fee.

⏱️ Processing Time

Due to high demand, pre-orders have a 2–3 week turnaround after design finalization.
