Amor Designz Shop Policies

  1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom and pre-order items may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, depending on the complexity of the design or availability of materials. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  1. Shipping
  • We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot change it once the order is processed.
  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Amor Designz is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped. We encourage you to track your order and contact the shipping carrier directly if there are any issues with delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier for assistance.
  1. Custom Orders
  • Custom products are made to order based on your specific design requests. Please double-check your design and personalization details before submitting your order. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
  • If you are adding a custom liner to any jacket or vest, you must select the "Custom Liner" product and add it to your cart at checkout.
  1. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. The damaged item must be shipped back to us before a replacement can be provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started processing your custom items, and cancellations will not be possible.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. Payments are securely processed through major credit cards or PayPal at checkout. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We only use the data you provide for processing orders and communicating about your purchase. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
