• Photo Quality: To ensure the best design, please provide 1 high-resolution photo (JPEG/JPG or PNG format). The higher the image quality, the sharper and clearer your custom keychain will be!

Add Extra Personalization: Want to make your keychain even more unique? For just $5 per additional design element, you can add:

• Extra photos

• Special quotes, scriptures, or messages

Important Information:

• Cancellation Fee: $20 within 48 hours of submitting your design. You’ll receive a refund for the difference.
• Mockup Process: After receiving your mockup, you are allowed 2 rounds of edits (one after the first draft and one additional change). Further edits will incur a $10 fee.
• Approval & Error Policy: Carefully review your mockup before approval. If you approve it and later spot an error, we’ll reprint your keychain at 50% of the original cost, plus shipping.
• Photo Change Fee: If you decide to change the photo after submission, a $5 fee will apply.
• Approval Timeframe: Once you receive your mockup, please approve or request changes within 12 hours. If we don’t hear from you, your keychain may proceed to production, and a $10 reprint fee will apply.
